**We Are Hiring – Workshop Dispatch & Operations Coordinator**
**Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE
**Industry:** Heavy Equipment Rental & Transport
Red Umbrella is looking for a **Workshop Dispatch & Operations Coordinator** to manage daily dispatch activities, driver/operator coordination, job documentation, and workshop vehicle readiness.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Schedule and coordinate daily equipment and vehicle deliveries.
* Assign available drivers and operators for scheduled jobs.
* Create, assign, and collect **job cards and timesheets** from all drivers and operators working on daily, weekly, or monthly jobs.
* Monitor all **idle drivers, operators, vehicles, and equipment** and ensure they are ready for immediate dispatch.
* Maintain an updated record of vehicles/equipment requiring maintenance.
* Handover maintenance-required vehicles/equipment to the Workshop Team and follow up until completion.
* Update **CRM** with vehicles/equipment that are:
* Ready for dispatch
* Under maintenance
* Not ready for dispatch
* Coordinate with the Workshop Team to confirm vehicle/equipment readiness before delivery.
* Track equipment departure, delivery, job completion, return, and supporting documents.
* Follow up and ensure all signed timesheets/job documents are collected after job completion.
* Review and verify all **Workshop Maintenance Job Cards** before forwarding them to Head Office.
* Maintain daily dispatch, idle fleet, manpower, and maintenance status records.
* Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Workshop teams regarding upcoming jobs and delivery requirements.
**Requirements:**
* Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
* Ability to manage drivers, operators, vehicles, equipment, and multiple dispatches.
* Good computer and reporting skills.
* Experience in transport, heavy equipment rental, fleet operations, workshop coordination, or logistics preferred.
* Knowledge of **Zoho CRM will be considered an additional advantage.**
* UAE experience will be preferred.
