The majestic Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is located in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. Initiated by the country’s first President, HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, it is arguably one of the most important examples of contemporary Islamic architecture in the UAE.

As one of the most visited buildings in the UAE, the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center was established to manage the mosque’s day-to-day operations; not only as a place of worship and Friday gathering, but as a center of learning and discovery through its education and visitor programs. The mosque’s ‘doors’ are open for everyone to come and appreciate the splendor of the building, take a guided tour, or simply visit to enjoy the tranquility and artistic splendor.

The Prophet sallallahu alaihe wasallam has stated, " The foremost type of intercession (sifaarish) from the many methods of intervening is when an intercession is made for someone for marriage." (Al-Ifsah Ibn Hajr Haithami)
In another Hadith,
The Prophet sallallahu alaihe wasallam has stated, "It is compulsory upon Allah to assist four types of people (i.e. Allah has promised to do this) i. A Judge; ii. A person who gets married (with the intentions of remaining pure); iii. A slave buying his freedom; iv. A Haaji (one has performed the pilgrimage). (Ahmad, Tirmidhi)

When we sneeze, we should say "Alhamdulillah" (All Praise belongs to Allah). And, if there's Muslim nearby, he/she might reply by saying

"Yarhamukallah" ("May Allah have mercy on you").

What many of us don't know is that there's a third Dua'a which is made as a reply by the "sneezer" (the person who sneezed):

يَهْدِيكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ

Yahdee Kumullahu wa Yaslihu Ba Lakum

"May Allah keep you on hidayat (guidance) and make proper your condition."

Let us attempt to memorize this third dua in'sha'Allah!

The Mahabat Khan Mosque is a 17th-century mosque in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It is named after the Mughal governor of Peshawar Nawab Mahabat Khan who served under Emperors Shah Jehan and Aurangzeb and who was the grandson of Nawab Dadan Khan (who had been governor of Lahore). The name of the Masjid and the governor who built is consistently mispronounced as 'Muhabbat Khan' ('Love Khan') by the public instead of 'Mahabat Khan' ('Awe-inspiring Khan').
The Mosque was built in 1630. Its open courtyard has an ablution pool in the middle and a single row of rooms around the sides. The prayer hall occupies the west side flanked by two tall minarets. According to the turn-of-the-century Gazetteer for Pakhtunkhwa, the minarets were frequently used in Sikh times ‘as a substitute for the gallows'..

Narrated Abu Salama (Radi Allah Anhu) : I asked Abu Sa’id (Radi Allah Anhu) about the Night of Qadr and he said, “We practised Itikaf in the middle third month of Ramazan with Prophet Muhammad (sal-allahu- alleihi-wasallam ). In the morning of the 20th of Ramazan, the Prophet Muhammad (sal-allahu- alleihi-wasallam ) came to and addressed us and said, ” I was informed of the date of the Night of Qadr but I was caused to forget it, or I forget, so search it in the last ten nights of month of Ramazan.” [Sahih Bukhari : Volume 3, Book 32 "Taraweeh", Number 238]

The Quba Mosque (Quba' Masjid or Masjid al-Quba) just outside Madinah, Saudi Arabia, is the first mosque ever built and the oldest mosque of Saudi Arabia. Its first stones were positioned by the prophet Muhammad (saw) on his emigration from the city of Mecca to Madinah and the mosque was completed by his companions. Muhammad (saw) spent more than 20 nights in this mosque (after migrating) praying qasr (a short prayer) while waiting for Ali whose house was behind this mosque.

According to Islamic tradition, offering 2 Raka'ahs of nafl prayers in the Quba Mosque is equal to performing one Umra...
