When one of the world's largest
MEGAMAX Ship-to-Shore cranes suffered a complete structural collapse, with a major section falling into the water, the situation called for immediate expert intervention.

TROT GLOBAL - a trusted partner of
APM Terminals and of Port of Salalah for nearly a decade, our team was mobilized for management of a rapid and full-scale crane dismantling. Despite having successfully dismantled more than 160 port cranes worldwide, this operation ranked among the most demanding - requiring simultaneous crane dismantling and site clearance to minimize downtime.
Working under intense time pressure, our team safely and efficiently dismantled the crane, cleared the berth to restore vessel operations on schedule.
This project is a testament to what our people deliver when it matters most: precision, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to safety - even under the toughest conditions.
When the stakes are highest, experience and safety lead the way.
