Yes, Emirates is building a massive new crew village in DIP.
Yes, they are moving operations to DWC (2035 est completion).
But!!! They aren't spending millions on luxury apartments, expanding routes, inking orders for new aricraft, only to hire "mediocre" candidates. The process is now more difficult, exercises have changed and so have the final interviews.
