عقود عراقية للنقل والترانزيت مع شركتين سعودية وإماراتية

وقعت وزارة النقل والمواصلات عقودا لوكالة النقل والترانزيت مع شركتين سعودية وإماراتية، ووقع العقد عن الجانب العراقي يحيى خضر العاني مدير عام الشركة العامة للنقل البري فيما وقعه عن الجانب السعودي خالد ابراهيم النملة رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة التقنية المتحدة، ووقعه عن شركة عبر العالم للنقل الإماراتية كارلوس سليم الهاشم مديرها العام.
ويتضمن العقد الذي تم توقيعه بين العراق والسعودية وبين العراق والإمارات كلا على حدة ان تكون الشركتان السعودية والإماراتية وكيلين لشركة النقل البري العراقية في السعودية والإمارات حيث سيكون بإمكانهما بيع منافيسات دخول الشاحنات للأراضي العراقية محملة بالبضائع لصالح العراق او التي ستمر عبر الأراضي العراقية الى دول الجوار بالترانزيت.. كما يتضمن العقد استخدام الشاحنات العراقية لنفس الغرض المذكور.
وبتوقيع هذين العقدين فان آفاقاً جديدة من التعاون المشترك ستشهدها عمليات نقل البضائع عن طريق شاحنات النقل البرى بين دول الخليج العربي وبين دول أوروبا واستراليا عبر الأراضي العراقية، حيث سيسهم خط النقل البري الجديد بين موانئ دبي مرورا بالأراضي العراقية السعودية في عرعر بتخفيض كلف النقل واختزال الوقت مما سيعزز العمل الاقتصادي العربي المشترك، فضلا عن توسيع حجم مرور البضائع عبر الأراضي العراقية مما سيجعل العراق نقطة عبور ترانزيت مهمة، وسيوفر إيرادات مالية كبيرة مستقبلا.
على صعيد اخر التقى الدكتور احمد مرتضى احمد وزير النقل والمواصلات العراقي خالد ابراهيم النملة رئيس مجلس ادارة الاتحاد العربي للنقل البري وكارلوس الهاشم عضو مجلس ادارة الاتحاد. واكد الدكتور احمد مرتضى احمد خلال اللقاء رغبة العراق في تفعيل وتوسيع محاور النقل البري بين الاقطار العربية بما يسهم في تنشيط وتدعيم العمل العربي المشترك في مختلف المجالات، مشيرا الى ضرورة توحيد الاجراءات في المنافذ الحدودية وتوحيد الرسوم ومنح تأشيرات المرور للسائقين وبما يسهل انسيابية نقل البضائع وحركة الشاحنات بين الاقطار العربية.
واعلن خالد النملة ان الاتحاد قرر عقد اجتماع له في بغداد خلال العام المقبل، مؤكدا ان فتح منفذ عرعر الحدودي بين العراق والسعودية سيسهل عمليات نقل البضائع بين اقطار الخليج واستراليا واوروبا والدول الاخرى المجاورة للعراق.
واوضح كارلوس الهاشم ان نقل البضائع بالشاحنات يمثل حاليا 65% من عمليات النقل للبضائع بين الاقطار العربية.

The Ministry of Transport and Communications decades , told transportation and transit with two of Saudi Arabia and the UAE , and signed the contract for the Iraqi side Yahya Khader al-Ani, director of the General Company for Land Transport in and signed by the Saudi Khalid Ibrahim Ant chairman of the company United Technology , and its impact on the company across the world for the transfer of the UAE Carlos Salim Hasham Director General .
The contract , which was signed between Iraq and Saudi Arabia and between Iraq and the UAE separately to be two companies Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Killeen for Land Transport Company Iraqi in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, where it will be they can sell Mnavissat entry of trucks of Iraqi territory laden with goods for the benefit of Iraq, or that pass through Iraqi territory to neighboring countries in transit .. the contract includes the use of Iraqi trucks for the same purpose mentioned .
With the signing of these two decades , the new horizons of joint cooperation will be witnessed by the transfer of goods by trucks land transport between the Gulf countries and between the countries of Europe and Australia through Iraqi territory , which will contribute to the transmission line wild new between DP through the land of Iraq Arabia in Arar to reduce transportation costs and reducing time which will enhance the joint Arab economic action , as well as expanding the size of the passage of goods through the territory of Iraq , which would make Iraq an important transit point transit , and will provide significant financial revenue in the future.
On the other hand , met Dr. Ahmed Murtadha Ahmed , Minister of Transport and Communications of the Iraqi Khalid Ibrahim Ant chairman of the Arab Union of Land Transport and Carlos Hashem board member of the Union . He said Dr Ahmed Murtada Ahmed During the meeting, Iraq's desire to activate and expand the axes of road transport between the Arab countries so as to contribute to the revitalization and strengthening of joint Arab action in various fields , pointing to the need to unify the procedures at border crossing points and standardize fees and visas traffic for drivers and to facilitate the smooth flow of cargo and movement trucks between the Arab countries .
Khaled Ant announced that the EU has decided to hold a meeting in Baghdad over the next year , stressing that the open port Arar border between Iraq and Saudi Arabia will facilitate the transfer of goods between the diameters of the Gulf , Australia, Europe and other countries neighboring Iraq .
He explained Carlos Hashem that the transport of goods by truck currently represents 65% of the transport of goods between the Arab countries .
