Nebbiolo at its glow-up moment: roses, dark cherries, a little spice, a little mystery, and a very long, very classy finish.
Grown on a steep sunny hill in Monforte dβAlba where the vines basically live their best Italian life. Aged 2 years in French oak β polished, silky, deliciously serious.
How it drinks: Bold but elegant. Tannins that mean business but donβt bite.
Pair it with: Truffle pasta, slow braised anything, or just you + someone worth sharing with.
Pro tip: Big balloon glass. Give it air. Watch it bloom π·
