How to place an order with Mulberries?
1. Once you are satisfied kindly mail or message the following to [email protected]
a. Your Full Name
b. Your Address
c. Your Active Phone No. d. The Code of the dress you are interested in
e. The no. of pieces in total
3. Once the confirmation is done, we will send you an invoice. After the payment is completed, your order will be dispatched. Please note:
1. We don't reserve orders. Once you know the piece "is" yours", please send in a confirmation to my inbox or email to [email protected]
2 .Once the order and payment is confirmed, the goods will be dispatched within 3 working days. Please bear the shipment charges.
3. Money transfer: Either bank transfer/Western Union/express money/Paypal. The payment will have to be made prior to the order dispatch.
4. Unless mentioned all are un-stitched suits.
5. If you want them stitched: Advance payment and 10 days (approx). TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Full payment should be made in advance
2. No Change in the order ONCE THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED
3. We will not accept any returns upon delivery of the product at the customer's unless there is any discrepancy in the product which is contrary to the customer's order.
4. No re-fund upon completion of the purchase transaction (unless the item is out of stock)
5. Shipping Charges cannot be refunded. However, all refunds will be evaluated on case to case basis
6. If returns are needed, return address will be our UAE address.
7. If you do not receive confirmation or invoice emails (mainly due to spam filters etc), please contact us on the given number.
