SALES REPRESENTATIVE – LOGISTICS | UAE
Fly Sama Logistics is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the UAE and drive business growth across the logistics & freight forwarding sector.
📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop new business opportunities within the UAE market.
* Generate qualified leads and convert them into active clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, traders & corporate clients.
* Promote Sea Freight, Air Freight & Land Freight solutions.
* Negotiate rates, close deals and achieve sales targets.
* Maintain regular follow-up with clients and ensure long-term business relationships.
* Identify new market opportunities and expand Fly Sama’s customer base.
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
* Must currently be based in the UAE.
* Proven sales experience in a logistics / freight forwarding / shipping company in the UAE.
* Strong knowledge of the UAE logistics market and freight forwarding industry.
* Existing network of importers, exporters, traders and corporate clients is highly preferred.
* Existing client portfolio / business relationships that can be converted into active business.
* Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and generate business.

* Fixed Salary + Commission up to 10%
