Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies
✔ Supervise and support the sales team to achieve sales targets
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
✔ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
✔ Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
✔ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales or business development
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✔ Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Requirements:
