We had dinner at the revamped (after many years closed) Colac Hotel at Port Adelaide and WOW!

The vibe here was fantastic. The room is just beautiful, the staff were great and the food was so delicious.

There are three dining venues here, including a rooftop bar. We were at Bootleg Social this time.

I will definitely be back soon to try out the other two - and I look forward to trying the results once the distillery is up and running.

I just had an email from Mick of SA Eco Tours telling me about this special one-off tour he is doing in December to Eyre Peninsula - but with the Flinders Ranges included too and I wanted to share this unique opportunity with you all.

I have done two tours with SA ECO Tours, and I can genuinely say it's like having a local friend show you around to all their favourite places.

There's also a standard Eyre Peninsula tour in a couple of weeks, and it would be a fantastic time to jump on board, before it gets really hot.

There are only a few places left on these tours so if you are even vaguely interested, I recommend giving Mick a call and having a chat.

Go on, think of it as an early Christmas present 🙂
