Still here, still driving.
It’s been a couple of months since I took over the running of Warren’s Luxury Transport, and I wanted to say something simple to everyone who’s been with Warren over the years:
Nothing about what you rely on has changed.
Same number. Same vehicles turning up. Same job — getting you where you need to be, on time, without any drama.
Warren built something people trusted for a long time, and he didn’t hand it over lightly. He backed us to look after you properly, and that’s the standard I’m holding us to.
If you’ve been meaning to book and haven’t got around to it, or you weren’t sure whether we were still going — we are. Give us a ring, Airport runs, functions, appointments, group transfers, the lot.
And if you’ve used us since the handover, I’d genuinely like to know how we went. Good or bad. That’s how I make sure we’re doing right by you.

The 5am question.

It’s 5am. You planned it right — on the road by 5 to beat the traffic, terminal by 6:30, flight at 8. The car you booked hasn’t shown, and the phone’s ringing out.

What now? Rideshare coverage out here before dawn is thin. A taxi’s coming from half an hour away, if at all. And the traffic window you planned around is closing while you wait, if the booking fails at 5am, the morning usually fails with it.

Here’s the fair part: it might be nobody’s fault. Vehicles fail, drivers get sick — it happens to every operator eventually. The difference isn’t whether something ever goes wrong. It’s what was already in place before it did.

So when you’re comparing quotes, don’t just ask the price. Ask: “if that morning happens to me, what happens next?”

Our honest answer: nobody’s guaranteed to save that morning — including us. So we built for prevention instead. Our system notifies drivers of every job automatically. You can track your car coming to you. Base is alerted 35 minutes before every booking, and again if a driver isn’t there five minutes before departure. If something’s wrong, we know before you do — while there’s still time to act.

Eight vehicles give us more moves than most if something breaks anyway. Better odds, honestly held. But the real service is making sure you never find out.
