Australia in 1978Pro Music has grown from one to more than twenty full time employees. After twelve years working for Yamaha Australia as the youngest sales rep at the age of 18 ,he then advanced to become their Area Manager for musical instruments & keyboards. Including
his time as the Managing Director & Owner of Pro Music Australia, Ian has more than 40 years experience in the music industry in Australia. Pro Music is represented in all the States & Territories of Australia. There are four representatives that work from Brisbane, two in Sydney, two in Melbourne & one in Perth with responsibilities for South Australia & the Northern Territory. The Internal Sales staff & help desk offers the retailers & their staff answers & solutions for most of their needs. They are all fully trained musicians with many years of retail experience. The management of Pro Music believes in a 'hands-on" approach to their distribution business. The Managing Director, General Manager & Internal Sales Team both make regular sales calls enabling them to stay in touch with our customers and the ever changing nature of the business in the music industry. Housed within the modern Brisbane Head office facility are the Internal Sales Team, Administration, Accounts department & a Massive Double Sided Distribution warehouse at Carole Park QLD .Our Service & reliability is the industries benchmark. Each of these sections within Pro Music help to provide our customer base with the highest level of professional service in the Australian Music industry.
