At Kitchen Saito, we focus on importing only the best knives that have highest reputation among Japanese chefs and we only distribute knives that are actually used by Japanese chefs. All the knives sold here are hand sharpened and edges are mirror polished with whet stones before being despatched. The edges on each knife are carefully tuned to perform precise cuts, and the razor sharp clam shell shape of edge stays sharp for a surprisingly long time.
