Meals on Wheels can assist you with your food and shopping needs. You can get as little or as much help as you need.
We can deliver meals to you or help you plan menus, work out your shopping list, shop with or for you and even prepare meals with you. We also deliver Click and Collect groceries form the supermarket, within Moree township.

Services include:
Weekly shopping bus
Personal shopping with one of our friendly staff or volunteers, in one of our vehicles (with you or for you)
Outings to restaurants, cafes, other food outlets with one of our friendly staff or volunteers
Nutrition support
Home delivered meals on wheels includes:
Nutritionally balanced home delivered meals
Meals prepared daily in our very own kitchen
Frozen meals for weekends, public holidays or as required
Components of meals can be changed to suite your needs
We cater for special dietary needs

Moree Care is a Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) Provider.

The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) assists older people to live independently in their homes and communities. For more information go to the My Aged Care website: www.myagedcare.gov.au

Moree Care staff can help you obtain My Aged Care referrals for access to our CHSP funded aged care services:
social and community activities for individuals or groups in our day centre or for community outings
day time or overnight respite care - we assist carers by providing day or overnight respite, either in-home, or, in our 2-bedroom flat (flexible respite)
domestic assistance
meals on wheels and other food related services
home and yard maintenance
