“Quick pic of me working on my website in my kitten jammies. Having a (nearly) 1 year old, majority of my time spent online working on my business and catching up on socials is at night, which is the worst time as my eyes regularly feel strained. I was very skeptical about blue light glasses when I first heard about them but I can say from my own experience that I have noticed the difference with not only the length I can spend on the computer or phone but also my sleep when I finally wind down. I want to thank for trusting me with an honest opinion. I really love these and will continue to use them. 😎”
