Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandpas and pop pops out there — especially our very own Mr Reds!!

For a man who spends most of his days behind the wheel, on the phone, fixing something, moving something wheeling amd dealing as he does to keep this train steam rolling like it is.....
yesterday we managed to pull off a pretty special surprise for him.

A little scheming behind the scenes by miss Kayla meant Gregg got to have all of his girls together in one place.... and his fotst time getting to be the big softy pop pop he is....

Safe to say, the big tough truckie absolutely melted.

Family is a huge part of what Reds is all about, so seeing the boss surrounded by his girls was pretty special.

MC DRIVER WANTED — 50T FLOAT GURU EXTRAORDINARE!!

We’re on the hunt for an MC Driver who seriously knows their way around a 50-tonne float.

If you’re a gun on a Road Ranger, know float work inside and out, can swing a spanner and you’re happy to follow the work wherever it takes you — we want to hear from you.

This role could be perfect for an EXPERIENCED backpacker, traveller, or someone who loves life on the road. Live out of the truck, earn above award rates, see some pretty incredible parts of Australia and get paid to do what you’re good at.

So much for a day off… 😂

Left home with Mrs Reds at 8am and didn’t roll back into the yard until 6pm tonight.

A day of putting out spot fires, helping some valued mates, 100 phone calls, plenty of wheeling and dealing… and naturally, a bit more “it’ll pay for itself” gear for the workshop. 😏

Meanwhile, Kayla was left to man the helm solo for the first time and absolutely smashed it — she’s slotted into the Reds chaos like she’s been here forever.

Back at the yard, another member of the family has officially joined the Reds crew and was straight into it, working hard and giving True Blue some much-needed love. Couldn’t be happier to have him on board — and it’s a great feeling knowing the yard is in good hands.

We are saving his intro for another day. 😉

WERE EXPANDING!!

As Reds keeps growing, Mrs Reds has finally had to admit defeat… apparently there are only so many hours in a day and she can’t actually do EVERYTHING!

So we’ve called in reinforcements — and of course, we’re keeping it in the family.

We’re very excited to officially welcome Kayla, Gregg’s daughter, to the Reds Heavy Haulage Family!

Kayla will be joining us in the office and helping Mrs Reds with organised chaos that comes keeping Mr Reds and the guys pointed in roughly the right direction.

Reds has is a genuine family-run Australian business, so it’s pretty special to have another Clarke joining the madness as we continue to grow.

Welcome to the team, Kayla ❤️
