Bear Essentials (BE) is a Melbourne based, not for profit initiative. It has been set up with the intention of supporting homeless individuals within the local community. The main aim of BE is to inspire locals to reach out and connect with the greater community and support those in need. BE works on a simple concept, heavily reliant on the donations of goods, (Ideally new or in good condition rec

ycled) and sponsorship of vouchers from commercial industries. The donated items can vary, and should fall into any of the below categories. Food/Drink Consumables
Personal Grooming Toiletries
Basic Clothing
Stationary/Books

All donated content will form care packs. The care packs will be delivered inside durable and reusable Back Packs for the distribution to homeless individuals on Melbourne streets. Please join us in our journey to make a difference!
