💛 R U OK? DAY — 10 SEPTEMBER 2026 💛

Today, the team at Sprint Freight is taking a moment to check in with the people around us.

A simple “Are you OK?” can mean more than we realise. Whether it’s a workmate, a friend, a family member or someone you haven’t spoken to in a while — take the time to genuinely ask, listen and let them know they’re not alone.

🚛 At Sprint Freight, we know that looking after our people is just as important as getting the job done.

Ask. Listen. Encourage.
You never know what someone might be going through behind the scenes.

💛 R U OK?
Because every day is a good day to start a conversation.
