Australian Metal Recycling is looking for a hands-on leader to run our Dubbo yard, one of seven across NSW.

This is a role for someone who wants to own their yard, not just work in it. You'll lead the team and keep the site safe and compliant, with real autonomy backed by a seven site network.

You:
✅ Proven leadership running a site, depot or crew
✅ Scrap metal experience highly desirable or a strong background in waste, recycling, transport, quarrying or heavy industry
✅ Commercially minded with good judgement around buying and pricing
✅ Motivated, practical and comfortable making decisions on the spot

＄ Pay rate: $30–$38 per hour (based on experience)
⚙︎ Hours: 7.30am–4.00pm, Monday to Friday
⚙︎ Key responsibilities include scrap collection, crane truck operation and general driving duties
⚙︎ Forklift licence essential
⚙︎ HR licence (unrestricted) essential
