Frontline Industries are looking for an administrative and logistics assistant!

Office Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.

Job Description:

Essentially, as an administrative and logistics assistant with Frontline Industries you would be responding to phone calls and emails from clients, planning the drivers' routes for the next day and making smaller deliveries when needed. Customer service and relations is vital when dealing with phone calls and emails from clients and customers regarding bookings, delivery times and delivery details. Before end of day the routes are sent to the drivers with all jobs allocated.

Each day the planning for the next needs to be completed. This entails receiving orders from clients through the online booking system and emails, entering them into a spreadsheet. The bookings are uploaded into a map and the route for each driver is planned, ensuring deliveries are assigned a driver.

Since the logistics side of the job is all online, employees have the ability to be based from home. There is also the opportunity for additional work in making larger deliveries in the Sydney metro area.
