🚨 NSW Train Timetable Update — Effective 29 November 🚨

For anyone commuting across Sydney or relying on accurate timings in their workflow, NSW Transport has announced minor timetable and platform adjustments across several lines.

These changes aim to improve network reliability, but they may affect your usual routine:

🚆 T1 North Shore & Western
• Weekday 4:56pm Blacktown → Central will now depart Platform 6 (previously Platform 1).

🚆 T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra
• Weekday 4:21pm Cronulla → Bondi Junction now departs Sutherland Platform 1 (was Platform 2).
• Tip for interchanging passengers: travel in Carriage 4 for easier access to lifts & stairs.

🚆 Hunter Line
• Several weekday + weekend services (Scone, Singleton, Muswellbrook → Newcastle) will depart 1 minute later at Beresfield and Waratah.

These updates have already been integrated into the KRAIL trip planner, so your routes and saved journeys will automatically reflect the new times.
If you rely on routine departure times, it’s worth rechecking them before 29 November to avoid surprises.

⚠️ Metro: Tallawong ↔ Sydenham closed Sat–Sun (1–2 Nov)
⚠️ L1 Light Rail: Central ↔ Convention closed (1–7 Nov). Extra L2/L3 services available
