Are you an experienced aluminium welder with a passion for boat building? Join our small yet dynamic team where we work on exciting projects in the custom plate boat industry, including full custom boat builds, alterations/modifications to existing boats, repairs and custom build boat trailers.
Position: Aluminium Welder (Boat Building Experience Required)
Location: Serpentine
Job Type: Full-Time | Competitive Salary

Key Responsibilities:
· Perform high-quality aluminium welding for boat building, boat trailers and repair projects.
· Work with detailed blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate and assemble boat hulls and structures.
· Ensure welds meet strict quality standards for strength, durability, and appearance.
· Collaborate with a skilled team to achieve project deadlines and maintain top-tier craftsmanship.
· Fit out and preparation for sale of custom boats
Requirements:
· Valid welding certifications and/or trade qualifications
· Proven experience as an aluminium welder, preferably in boat building or marine industry.
· Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
