🌊 A New Era for Bangladesh Shipping Sector | Leadership That Drives Excellence
Ending a prolonged period of legal proceedings and uncertainty, the newly elected Board of the Bangladesh Shipping Agents’ Association (BSAA) for the 2025–2027 term has officially assumed office.
With the final petition withdrawn from the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, all legal barriers have been cleared, allowing the new leadership to take charge. In compliance with Section 25 of the Trade Organizations Rules and directives of the High Court, the Election Board declared the final results on April 20, followed by a formal handover of responsibilities on the same day.
This development brings renewed confidence and stability to one of the most vital organizations supporting Bangladesh’s import-export trade and maritime logistics ecosystem.
