Cayenne by EQ has the blood of the German top progenitor Chacco-Blue crossed with proven French performance blood.
Her sire, Chacco-Blue, led the WBFSH sire ranking for many years. In this ranking of the best progenitors in the world, he currently holds the 2nd place. A position he owes thanks to a long list of international 5* showjumpers, including the Tokyo Olympiad horses Explosion W and Chanyon, Chacco Blue II (Santiago Lambre), EIC Up Too Jacco Blue (Max Kühner), Chalou
(Emanuele Gaudiano), the Paris Olympiad horse Miss Blue-Saint Blue Farm (Yuri Mansur) and Casquo Blue (Harry Charles).
Her dam, Bimbo d’Epic, is a daughter of the 5* Grand Prix stallion Quaprice Bois Margot (42nd in the WBFSH sire ranking) who jumped at 1m35 level. Her dam, Myflower du Valfleuri, unites in her pedigree Galoubet A and the golden thoroughbred Laudanum. She herself competed at 1m40 level and achieved a total of 30 victories. Six of her seven offspring have jumped at 1m35 level or higher, including Shakira d’Epic (1m45 level), Revanche d’Epic (1m40 level) and Rocco d’Epic (1m40 level). Myflower is a half-sister to the very successful international 4* showjumpers Quavaroti Val Fleuri and Perle Fine du Val.
