Ghost Train Run Moving Company

Ghost Train Run Moving Company Ghost Train Run Moving Company was founded in 2009 by owner/operator Paul White with one truck. Motorcycle, ATV's and cars are accepted.

We have since expanded the fleet and have a number of trucks to help facilitate your moving needs. We are fully insured, licensed, have air ride suspension, load bars, moving blankets, and plastic wrap to secure and protect your items. Prior to starting GTR, Paul worked for over 15 years in the expediting business and the moving of antiques. We are available for local and long distance moves to NF

LD and points in between. We do a trip to NFLD/ONT once a month and we accept large and small freight, and are also available for IKEA pick ups at the Burlington location. When shipping motorcycles, we have wheel chocks and Harley Davidson skids, and when possible, we ship our own motorcycles back and forth during the riding season. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at 519-465-0310 or send us a message. Note: To receive accurate estimates, please include measurements of Height x Length x Width as we charge by cubic footage.

Departure for NL is planned for Wednesday morning.
Keep watch for updates.

Paul will arrive on Bell Island just in time for the Bell Island Clean Up Day on Sunday, May 31st. Our fellow team members, Sue and Jr have been hard at work picking up garbage. When we arrive we will be trying to catch up to all of their hard work.
It's not to late to join a team or great your own to help clean up the island. Lots of prizes to be won and a BBQ to celebrate all the hard work of the participants.

Some radio silence here as Paul's been hard at work getting a truck ready to make it's maiden voyage to NL.
Box came off, frame was stretched out, painting happening today then rewiring and installing the new box.
Paul's been at it for the past week or so and have been at the shop all weekend.
Thank you to everyone helping him out.
Keep watch for updates and the next run to NL will be near the end of May.
Note: Incase this video looks familiar, it's because I stole this video from Paul's FB page! 🤫 He posted it a few days ago.

Meet Dr. Goodman.
He's the radiologist and the doctor we interacted with the most during Paul's cancer journey.
Today was Paul's 6 month follow up and it went very well. The "worrisome" lymph node that he was watching did shrink a little to 1.3cm (I can't remember the measurement in Feb, but I want to say ~1.4cm). Paul will have another scan in 3 months with another follow up and then we will go from there.
Dr. Goodman is very optimistic that all is good, but as he keeps telling us "I can't give you a definite as nothing is definite when it comes to cancer."
He did a scope and I videoed it to show Paul. Compared to pre-tx, everything looks so much better!
Everyone we saw today was very pleased with Paul's progress and all very happy to see him doing well.
We ended our London trip like royals...at BK!

The crew is back home.
They arrived mid-afternoon and looking forward to some down time.
Unsure when the next trip will be but first we have Paul's 6 month follow up in London on Friday.
Fingers crossed it all goes well for him.

This was Paul in Saint George's, NL a few days ago.
Our friends sent me this picture of Paul relaxing with their dog and his new favorite "Oak Island" shirt.
