One of the many highlights of my trip to St. Lucia is the amazing food here at the Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa. All of the restaurants mentioned in my video do not require reservations. Only the Japanese Himitsu Restaurant requires a reservation. Saint Lucia Tourism Authority

What a great day Friday! Today we saw the CN Tower / Tour CN, Ripley's Aquarium of Canada and got a quick view of Roger's Centre in downtown Toronto home of the Toronto Blue Jays. Had a great lunch at Steam Whistle Brewing.

While in Toronto for 3 nights we are staying at the Hyatt Place Toronto Airport. They offer 24 hour included shuttle service, on-site indoor swimming pool, fitness centre and very close to multiple restaurants. We have a very spacious room with 2 queens and a sofa.

I just filled up and you can to and help out a great cause. Until 9pm stop by your Armstrong Regional Cooperative (Cranbrook Coop Gas Bar) for Fuel Good Day. They are donating a minimum of 5 cents from every liter of fuel to the Cranbrook Kimberley Hospice Society to bring a new Hospice House to the area.

My husband and I and our two doggies decided to "glamp" at the Cranbrook / St. Eugene KOA Journey at St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino near Cranbrook this past weekend. New for 2026 is the addition of pickle ball courts along with full hook ups including TV, onsite laundry, games room, a dog run, and access to hotel properties including the casino, pool and fitness centre. And of course some of the most beautiful East Kootenay scenery. They are still open for camping until into October.

I am honored to be able to sing our national anthem today at the 11th Kootenay Rockies - Gran Fondo for Rotary Club of Cranbrook Sunrise and JCI Kootenay at St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino. Around 450 cyclists for this year's event. Rotary Club of Cranbrook BC
