Hi All,

Ryan and I are asking our customers or individuals in the area for a letter of support.

The Town of Drumheller has made our Jet A fuel tank not legal, even though it is completely legal in all other aspects. We are trying to be scheduled to speak to council March 11, 2024 (but will get a spot in the next 6-8 weeks for sure) with regards to giving us either a Special Use Agreement or an Exemption from this rule.

Upon speaking with some experts on how to get this issue to go in our favor, they have all said support from our customers would be extremely beneficial in getting a positive response from the Town.

The long and short of it is, if the town forces us to get rid of our fuel tank we will cease to exist in Drumheller.

If you could send me a quick email or letter stating that Fox Coulee Aviation is important to your operation, we would really appreciate it. If you would like more information on what we are dealing with please let me know and I will send you our presentation which includes all the information from the town.
