Payment:
We accept paypal and direct checkout with credit cards. If you need
to cancel your order we will try and accommodate but only if the order has not shipped yet. We will not ship until the payment has been sent, processed and approved. Shipping:
We send items through Canada post in bubble envelopes and will provide a tracking number. For orders out of Canada we will ship with USPS. If shipped internationally, we are not responsible for any custom charges upon delivery. If you would like to get your order shipped faster we can accommodate for extra charge if you contact us. Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with the item, we will offer a refund once we have received it back in the same condition it was sent in. We will however not refund the shipping costs. Please contact me before sending anything back, if there is a mistake in the order or anything wrong with it just contact me. You have 5 days after receiving the item to send it back for a refund. All orders do not have insurace for loss or damage. If you would like to have your package insured against loss or damage, please send me a message requesting to have insured shipping and I will send you a PayPal invoice for the difference.
