We have crunched the numbers and now have a new pricing model

Profit margin has taken a small hit to soften the increase as much as possible on our customers.

There is certainly an increase in price but it is not as bad as initially thought.

Everything is all ready to go for the season!

Hello everyone!

Thank you for all your patience this winter as we made some improvements to the truck, and much needed maintenance.

I'd say we dropped the ball this year with winter delivery.. but just have to keep plugging away.. we are back on the road now and all ready to go! 🙂

Mandatory Water Restrictions in Effect ❗

As of 2 PM today, East Hants Water Utility customers in Enfield, Elmsdale and Lantz are now under mandatory water restrictions. This does not include the community of Shubenacadie.

What does this mean?

❌ No lawn watering
❌ No at-home car washing
❌ No filling pools or hot tubs
❌ No pressure washing

The Bulk water station is open for household necessities only – not recreational use. The East Hants Aquatic Centre remains open and free potable water is available from 10am -7pm weekdays and 9am - 5pm on weekends and showers are still available during operational hours.

The rain expected in the forecast is not anticipated to be enough to change conditions this week. We are still encouraging residents in all other East Hants communities and rural areas to conserve water wherever possible. Your cooperation helps protect our water supply for everyone.

We are excited to welcome Bryce Hillier to Walters Water!

With the unfortunate news of Bryce truck conundrums we have decided it would be best to work together to ensure our clients and all of his clients continue to receive the service they are used to!

If you are a regular of Bryce please reach out to us for now as we are keeping everything together in one place.

Last thing I want to say on a personal note... this water business.. its not about who has the most trucks.. the newest trucks.. the cheapest prices.. the most clients.. etc.

In the end its about everyone working together to service multiple communities and thousands of everyday people who need water regularly. In my eyes.. it doesnt really matter who brings you the water as long as you get water. All of us in this area know what its like to go without.

Make sure to say a big hello to Bryce when hes delivering. And Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Thanks to all of our amazing customers who have been patient as I've gotten through this recovery!

We have a new driver who is doing awesome and we are back delivering a few days a week :)

Also... This is a real picture of ground at a local farm.. it's so dry out there. Watch your water usage and keep an eye on your wells!!

Hello all.

At this time I am out of commission for a little while due to surgery.

Needless to say I am floating the idea of hiring someone to run the truck in the evenings after your work or during the day a few days a week.
