Did you miss picking up free seeds or seedlings this weekend to "Grow a Row" in your garden for the Food Bank? We will have seeds and seedlings this Tuesday, May 19th at Thrifty's from 2pm-4pm and also all week at the Village Office.

The Enhanced Energy Savings Program targets homes in need of energy efficiency upgrades, especially those needing insulation and air sealing. These upgrades will help New Brunswick homeowners with an annual combined gross household income under $70,000, reduce their energy use and costs.
If you have an income over $70 000, there is funding as well up to $15 000. Offer ends on June 30th.
Applications for changing from oil heat is still available, however to switch from any other source of heating there is a waitlist. Here is the link to either register or to get registered onto the waitlist.

Calling all gardeners! The Grand Manan Food Bank "Grow a Row" initiative is now a GO.
If you are able to "Grow a Row" of vegetable for the Food Bank, we will provide the seed or seedlings to you FREE of charge.
Find us at the Community Market and Thrifty's on Saturday, May 16th to pick up the seeds and/ or seedlings. If you are unable to pick up on May 16th, pickup can be done at the Village Office starting May 19th.
