Symphony Vacation, a boutique travel agency located in the heart of downtown Kingston, Ontario, is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated **Travel Agency Manager** to join our team and help lead the next chapter of our growth.
We are looking for someone with **a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the travel industry** who understands the business of selling travel, loves working with people and is ready to take on a leadership role.
This is much more than an administrative position.

# # # Agency Management & Administration
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of our downtown Kingston travel agency
* Coordinate office schedules, workflow and administrative priorities
* Support travel advisors with bookings, client files and operational questions
* Maintain organized agency records and supplier information
* Assist with invoicing, commission tracking, reconciliations and other administrative functions
* Help establish and maintain efficient office procedures
* Ensure a high standard of professionalism and customer service
* Help ensure agency procedures comply with applicable TICO and Ontario travel-industry requirements
* Assist ownership with reporting and other operational responsibilities
* Identify ways to improve efficiency, organization and the overall client experience
**Administrative and management responsibilities are compensated as part of this position and are not dependent solely on generating travel sales.**
