On Saturday, June 13, we came together to mark the end of another successful training year at 800 Black Forest Squadron’s ACR.

A huge congratulations to all cadets for your dedication, resilience, and growth throughout the year. Every parade, lesson, and practice contributed to your development as leaders and teammates.

To those attending summer training, best of luck, make the most of the experience and everything it has to offer. To our retiring cadets, thank you for your service and commitment, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Well done, everyone and enjoy a well-earned break!

“If it ain’t raining we ain’t training!”

Last weekend, cadets took part in our Squadron Field Training Exercise (FTX), Operation Solstice, developing valuable leadership, teamwork, and survival skills while overcoming challenges in the field. Despite the wet weather, cadets showed outstanding determination, adaptability, and enthusiasm throughout the weekend.

Thank you to everyone for their hard work in making the exercise a success. A special shoutout to WO2 Koul for planning and executing an incredible FTX experience for everyone involved!

Celebrate a year of hard work, leadership, and achievement as our cadets take the parade square to showcase everything they have accomplished. We look forward to welcoming families, friends, alumni, and community members for this special event.

Make sure to sign up for the FTX at Blackdown CTC from Friday May 22 to Sunday May 24, expect a full weekend of outdoor adventures, hands-on training, and fun activities! Sign-ups are open from now to May 11.

Welcome back to Mini Mic Tuesday EPISODE 5!!!

On March 10th 800 Black Forest Squadron held a flight-bonding night filled with fun games and yummy food 😋!

It was an excellent opprtunity to have cadets get to know eachother better and build teamwork through hands-on activites!

Need community service/volunteer hours, want to support cadet training, and have fun?! This is the perfect opportunity for YOU! 🫵😋

Registration for our grocery bagging fundraiser is now live on the Squadron website, cadets are able to select up to 3 shifts from Friday April 17 to Sunday April 19 (back-to-back shifts are not permitted). Locations will be communicated via email prior to the activity!

March Break Stand Down Reminder!
All team practices scheduled for Saturday, March 14 are cancelled, and the Squadron will not parade on Tuesday, March 17.

On Saturday, February 28 800 Black Forest Squadron held it’s annual Effective Speaking Competition. Speakers delivered prepared and impromptu speeches while showcasing their confidence, public speaking, and critical thinking skills.

Congratulations to our winners:

🥉 3rd Place: FSgt Ayush Pradeesh

Special congratulations to Cpl Shrey Rabadia will be advancing to the Zone Competition in Grimsby on March 28 to represent 800 Black Forest Squadron. Thank you to all cadets who participated and volunteers who helped make the competition a success!
