offers professional assistance to senior citizens and their families in facilitating the selling of the family home and in coordinating the relocation of the client(s) to a new residence that corresponds to his/her/their specific needs. Other services include:
•Researching and identifying residences corresponding to the clients specifications;
•Assist the client in identifying a real estate agent

and oversee the marketing and sale of the home with the client’s best interests in mind;
•Assist the client in identifying a reputable moving company and coordinate the moving of the household to the new premises;
•Assist the client in attending appointments with various service providers including real estate agents and their clients, notaries, movers, and future residence administrators;
•Assist the client in downsize their belongings;
•Assist the client in effecting their change of address.
