Real Paper production Inc. Was Founded in Montreal in 2007. Initially we promoted and produced many musical events and parties. Over the years The Company has grown into a full service production company and we now promote and organize large events and parties, as well as managing many artists. 1. Artist Management and Development
Our Artist Managers works on behalf of groups or solo artists to promote the artists' careers and run their business affairs. Real Paper Production’s job is to secure the best work for our clients. We negotiate contracts and fees, finding and booking events and venues that match the artist's career strategy. We aid in artist development helping them find and define their identity as an artist and reach their full artistic potential. We advise them on career decisions, publicity and promotional ideas, helping them to grow and develop. We are also an Artist Liaison connecting many underground/unsigned artists to existing organization such as a record labels, managers or venues. We ensures that both the artist and the other party have a clear understanding of the logistics and business details of an event/concert or tour, and encourage a musician's association with the organization.
2. Promotions and Advertisement
The Real Paper team works with artists as well as other production companies to help create and implement marketing campaigns to maximize the sales of their music and or events. We use various social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram etc), websites, online music services, radio stations, and local businesses to help advertize and promote various campaigns.
3. Promote Artist and/or Events
Our Promoters organizes entertainment events such as concerts, nightclub parties or other events in any type of venue. We have a group of individuals working in our “Street Team” who will go around a specified area and promote an event, band/group, or artist by handing out flyers, and/or putting up posters to promote artist and/or events.
4. Artist Booker or Booking Agent
We have agents that work in the music industry to book performers for concerts, gigs and other live music performances. They can schedule performances and negotiate with the artists directly or their existing managers or producers to arrange terms of contract, dates, and fees. Our booking agents may also hold auditions or events in search of new talent.
