What we do for you :

We don’t buy. We pickup for free, store at our expense. We take a 60% commission and pay you when all is sold. If something doesn’t sell you can either have it back or we donate to the charity of your choice. We sell mainly on Facebook marketplace or bidding groups. We set prices by using comparable listings in and around our area, not eBay. We research items if unfamiliar. We do have buyers looking for items and we contact them first.

We do not take clothing, fluids, mattresses(unless newer and good condition), exercise equipment, hideabeds, pianos, organs, old electronics(printers, cell phones, older TV’s), anything stained or broken or missing parts. If there does happen to be some items that are broken, a landfill fee will be applied at the end.

We like to have at least a week or two notice on a pickup if possible but are understanding when things can be sudden.

We still have many items that must go. No reasonable offers refused…

It’s garage sale season and we get asked every weekend if we pick up after a sale.

We do not.

If your items in your sale did not sell there are a variety of places that take donations.
