We are looking for a new driver for our next truck I’m running the same ad with a few changes cause apparently someone thinks last one was DISCRIMINATING against people because I require you to speak English and and keep your feet off the dash of my trucks

Ok first things first, you gotta be Canadian and speak proper english.we also are looking for someone who has super b experience, flat bed and actual experience driving in adverse conditions( cmon we live in Canada in the prairie provinces) someone with general experience driving and hauling an array of things. We haul anything from scrap metal in bins with super b to big equipment with 10 axle loads to step deck and flat deck
We are a growing, no-BS Canadian outfit based in the Alberta , and we’re looking for a real driver. If you think driving with your feet on the dash is professional, keep scrolling.
Must be able to drive an 18speed properly! The gears are metal and not made of rubber
You also need to have an idea of what’s going on mechanically with the truck…. If you don’t know what an air leak is or how to check the oil then this isn’t for you, if something comes loose and you can’t figure out how to tighten it up or at least diagnose the issue then you should probably go sell fake watches etc
Of course you will need an abstract that doesn’t look like a van gough painting, and has more pages in it than a moby dick novel and if you also think getting higher than giraffe 🦒 pu**yand getting behind the wheel is your right then this is also not for you
To put it in a nut shell, we need someone who is trustworthy who won’t wreck the truck/equipment, be able to spend a few days on the road a week(sometimes more and sometimes less) and know what driving a truck is about
We are a small company trying to grow and willing to pay good for the right driver
