With a heavy heart and quiet tears, I have learned that strength doesnโt always look like a smile.
There are days when you rise anyway โ after the tests, the needles, the chemo, the radiation โ after your body has been changed in ways you never asked for. Cancer reshapes more than flesh. It touches the spirit. It humbles the mind. It brings courageโฆ and sometimes, a silent sadness no one sees.
Some will scroll past this because cancer has not knocked on their door. And I pray it never does. But for those who have felt its shadow โ who have fought, who are still fighting, or who have held the hand of someone who slipped away โ you understand.
So I ask for a small act of love.
If cancer has ever touched your life, copy and paste this.
Stand in honour.
Stand in memory.
Stand in hope.
Because this fight is not just medical โ it is deeply human.
Who are the 7 who will stand with me?
