Is there a place that just sticks with you, long after you leave?

For my family, that is Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa. One year ago today we were happily hanging by the pool eating Acai bowls for breakfast.

We visited in 2023 and swore it'd be a one and done due to distance. We then returned in 2025 and yesterday, in our car waiting to pick our daughter up from her boxing lesson, we thought "what if we go back next year?"

We all have that special place we can't forget about and maybe Hawaii is yours as well!

Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa blends the Hawaiian culture perfectly with that subtle touch of Disney magic. It's not as powerful as it is at the Disney parks, choosing more to make Hawaii the front and centre of this resort.

With beautiful pools, a safe lagoon, a water play area for young children, delicious food, a gorgeous lobby and very comfortable rooms, it's no wonder we keep returning.

On this cold day, I’m dreaming of a nice hot Florida day and a nice cool Walt Disney World resort pool!

We love the pool at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and it’s got one of the best slides on property (in my opinion 😉)

Do you have a favourite slide or pool on property? I know they are all so fabulous it’s impossible to choose ☺️

This past summer my family and I went on a European vacation. We started our trip in Santorini Greece before moving on to Athens Greece, Munich Germany, Salzburg Austria and Dublin Ireland.

People always tell me Greece is their bucket list destination and my thought is.. why wait?

Greece is stunningly beautiful and a worthy bucket list contender. With beautiful postcard scenery, friendly people and the best food EVER, you're guaranteed to make memories to last a lifetime!

Did you know there are many Royal Caribbean Cruises that cruise to the Greek Islands? It's a great way to unpack ONCE and see multiple destinations! Most cruises do frequent Santorini and Mykonos, a few also stop at Crete as well as other fantastic destinations.

So if you've been waiting to check that bucket list Greece vacation off your list, what are you waiting for?

Happy Birthday to the mouse that started it all, Mickey Mouse!!

Mickey Mouse debuted in Steamboat Mickey on November 18th, 1928 which is why today is counted as his birthday!
