On this Intrepid trip through the Rockies, I woke up with that quiet certainty: “We’re going to see a bear today.”
A few hours later, the mountain delivered.
Meanwhile in the Rockies with our group:

Pendant 8 jours, cette aventure de trail running guidée vous emmène au cœur des Rocheuses canadiennes, à travers les paysages emblématiques des parcs nationaux de Banff, Lake Louise et les vastes territoires alpins de Kananaskis Country.

Chaque journée est pensée pour soutenir la santé globale : mouvement conscient, écoute du corps, récupération et connexion à la nature. La course en sentier s’accompagne de moments de pause, de respiration et de pratiques favorisant l’équilibre physique, mental et émotionnel. Ici, la performance laisse place à l’expérience, et le rythme s’adapte au groupe et au milieu.

La montagne devient un espace de régulation et de transformation. Les lacs turquoise, les vallées sauvages et les sommets majestueux invitent à ralentir, à ressentir et à se reconnecter à l’essentiel. Les kilomètres partagés et la vie en groupe favorisent une

Just wrapped up an incredible 40-hour Wilderness First Aid training with Coast Wilderness Medical Training in Vancouver! 🏔️💉 Feeling confident and prepared for the upcoming guiding season. The instructors were amazing, making sure we know how to handle emergencies in the wild! 🌟
