Hello, loyal PGC lovers!

We missed you! We have enjoyed our break over the last year and a bit. But it's time to crack into some new ideas...

We are toying with the idea of launching a Christmas Crate for 2022. But we want to hear from you! How would you like to support small businesses this holiday season as well as treat yourself or a friend to a great box of goodies? We want to be bigger and better going forward, and this would be step one.

Is the Christmas Crate on your list for 2022? We hope so!

We have made the extremely hard decision to postpone our next Crate for 2020. We are too rushed, and running out of evenings to get organized. We want to sincerely thank everyone who has stayed with us during this bizarre Covid situation. Your support has not gone unnoticed!

And to those who reached out in hopes of purchasing a Christmas Crate this year - we will be at the VETERAN Christmas Market this SATURDAY, the 28th from 11-3. We will have Crate items for sale and Country Chic Paint at a BIG discount!

We have new ideas in mind and we will be revamping and ready for 2021! We will also be spotlighting our past vendors on our social media pages. Remember to shop local this holiday season and support our small makers! They are the heartbeat of our communities.

NEWS.

Many of you have been asking - Where the heck is the Christmas Crate for 2020?! Well, we had a vendor back out (hello, 'rona) and so we are still on the hunt for one more to fill their spot. Since we are so behind this season, we will make an official announcement tomorrow regarding the status of Christmas Crates 2020.

We are doing everything we can and hope to have a Crate available this year!

COVID-19: That cruel, cruel mistress.

Hello, PGC fans! It is us, the PGC crew. We have been back and forth with the idea of putting out a Christmas Crate for 2020. On one hand, we understand that money is tight this year. On the other, we know that supoorting small business this year is more important than ever.

While we contemplate, we would love it if you could tag small makers with products you love! All products welcome - beauty, food items, woodworking. Everything. We want to see it!

Summer Crate Update: We are trying our best not to show any ill will. But another local business apparently liked our idea so much that they chose to replicate it. Which is disheartening, to say the least.

With that in mind, we don't want to curate the Summer Crate in frustration. Therefore we have decided to take a breath and look forward to our Fall Crate.

We appreciate each and every one of our Prairie Girl Crate customers and the incredible 30+ vendors we have had the privilege of meeting and supporting over the last 10 months. And we sincerely hope you will return to PGC in September!

🌿 Just a friendly reminder that supporting a small business can often be free. However your monetary purchase could be only thing standing between them and a mortgage payment, or new equipment to further their craft, or a tank of gas to drop off your order. Running a small business is not for the weak - and we salute the entrepreneurs!
