Bridging the Gap China is a course designed for, but not exclusively, gap year students who want to spend some of their year out in China. Our course is designed around learning Mandarin from highly qualified Chinese teachers, in a modern environment. We are based in the Yunnan province, which is located near the Laos, Vietnam and Burma. It's location offers one of the best climates in China, if n

ot the world. It is a stunning place - UNESCO have designated 3 places as World Heritage Sites. Brilliant food (influences from Thailand, Vietnam as well as nearby provinces. People are warm, open and extremely hospitable; it is also home to the largest number of ethnic minorities anywhere in China. Our course incorporated lots of activities, interaction with locals and some volunteering work. If you're keen to explore China, learn some Mandarin and ultimately, gain an experience that will be with you for the rest of your life, then come join us!
