I. Transportation options:
1, ordinary container transportation;
That is, the entire equipment is directly shipped to a container for transportation.
2, dismantle the machine, loaded in multiple containers for transportation
This situation is suitable for the machine is relatively easy to dismantle, and dismantling the machine does not have much effect on the quality of the machine itself, the cost is relatively low.
3、Transportation of partially over-height old equipment in OT containers.
If the machine to be transported is not able to be loaded into the container due to part of the overheight, you can choose to install OT cabinet, also called open top cabinet.
4、Installation of FR cabinet.
Framed cabinets and flat boards can be used to contain part of the old equipment that is too high or too wide.
5、Roller Ship Transportation.
Often, large machines that can be driven are loaded in this way of transportation, such as: large logging machine transportation, is directly into the machine barge for transportation.
Second, packaging
Precision instruments before leaving the factory, the outer box should be packed in wooden boxes or wooden frames. This can avoid bumps in long-distance transportation or loading and unloading of goods in the process of collision. Knocking the specific requirements of the wooden box are as follows:
1, when the volume weight of the goods is much larger than the actual weight, it is recommended to use wooden boxes. Although the cost is higher, but the wooden box is not only better than the wooden frame to protect the goods, and the additional thickness of the wooden box is smaller than the wooden frame, so the volume is smaller. Generally speaking, the cost of wooden crates is cost-effective. Especially to distant countries. Wooden frames are firmly tied by the cross method and are generally twice as thick as wooden crates.
2. When the actual weight of the cargo is much larger than the volume, it is recommended to follow the actual condition of the cargo, because the weight is eventually increased and has nothing to do with the volume. Therefore, customers can choose which one according to the situation of the goods. Tip: Due to the use of more materials, wooden crates are heavier than wooden frames and cost more to produce.
3、Both wooden crates and wooden frames, one side should be reserved for inspection, so as to facilitate the customs to open the box for inspection and restoration.
4, as far as possible in the bottom of the wooden box to reserve 10-15CM card feet, to facilitate forklift operation.
