A Flute Laminator may be built in one factory, but eventually, it has to work in a completely different environment.

Different paper.

That’s why supplying a machine is not simply about building it according to specifications and shipping it to the customer.

👉 What type of corrugated board is the customer producing?
👉 What paper and flute types are they using?
👉 What production volume do they expect?
👉 What are the operating conditions at their factory?

These factors all influence how we recommend the machine configuration, equipment and technical requirements.

Because a well-designed machine should not only perform well at our factory.

Not always
Even smaller format Flexo machines can be configured with these functions on the same line.

Here’s one example:

⚡ Speed: up to 200 m/min
📦 Printing → Folding → Gluing → Strapping

What I find interesting is that machine size doesn’t always tell the whole story

The right configuration really depends on what the factory is producing, the box sizes, and the production requirements

So even if a factory doesn’t need a large format Flexo line, there are still options to build a more compact machine with multiple functions
