Homemade Flan. It is thinking about the menu for special occasions such as Christmas and it seems that automatically it comes to mind that we have to prepare more complicated elaborations than usual, cheaper or that need more time, but the truth is that with desserts like this we forget of all that and above we are serving a spectacularly rich sweet. Recipe. For the caramel 1/2 cups of sugar 1 tablespoon of water (see notes) For the flan 4 large egg yolks (or 5 medium) 1 1/3 cups of condensed milk 1 1/3 cups of evaporated milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract .

Homemade and fluffy muffins with the most classic and traditional recipe. Muffins are perfect for a breakfast or snack, but above all to be able to transport a little homemade sweet, since thanks to their individual format, they are perfect for picnic days, excursions, beach ... You can take them everywhere, your Preparation is not a challenge since it always has simple and basic ingredients, such as flour, eggs, milk, sugar and a touch of lemon, which suit them perfectly. You will see that they are left with their crunchy crust on the surface, but inside they are fluffy and moist, perfect!
Recipe
350 gr of wheat flour.
100 ml of extra virgin olive oil.
100 ml of sunflower oil.
250 ml of milk.
3 eggs.
200 gr of white sugar.
1 pinch of salt (the one you can take with two fingers).
1 sachet of 16 g chemical yeast (we usually find it as »Royal yeast»).
