I, Nanobot

I, Nanobot We are the team I, Nanobot from TU Dresden participating in the BIOMOD competition (http://biomod.net/).

Our project idea, The “NanoROVER” is a three part, selective small molecule uptake and
transport system, containing a liposome
with aptamer-directed transmembrane
proteins, a DNA/peptide linker, and a
functionalized Janus motor, able to be
controlled in three dimensions using
magnetic field systems. Future aspects of the project include applications in therapeutics and diagnostics, developing synthetic biology approach to understand sorting pathways in biological systems
