What a joy it was to partner with the amazing people at Elliott Coffee in Dayton, Kentucky this past weekend.

We had no idea what to expect coming into the pour-over pop-up, and we were blown away by the turnout. There’s something genuinely special happening at this café, and we were genuinely honored to be a small part of it.

A huge thank you to Elijah, Timmy, Olivia, Justin, and the rest of the Elliott team for being so kind and hospitable and for giving us the opportunity to collaborate and serve good pour-over coffees to the community.

Lastly, a special shout-out to Andrew Oneal, for jumping in and helping us make the day happen. ❤️

Grateful for good coffee, good people, and the opportunity to share both.

Every time I enter Yonder Coffee the word that comes to mind is exceptional. There’s a unique commitment to showcasing wonderful coffees from around the globe. Also, it’s always a pleasure to drink Parlor Coffee too! Grateful to have them carrying Etkin there too :)

We recently popped in to Mesela Cafe in the Sarıyer district of Istanbul for some coffee. We were delighted and honored to see they were offering a pour-over option on our Etkin 2-Cup Dripper alongside some incredible offerings from one of our favorites here, ❤️.

The English translation of the menu goes something like this: “Etkin Dripper: Local design, high performance!
The Etkin Dripper is a point of pride among third-wave coffee equipment made in Turkey. With its specially angled design and thermal structure, it optimizes the brewing process and highlights the coffee’s body and aromatic qualities. Perfect for a modern, functional, and effective coffee experience!”

As we say here (maybe just me), it went straight to our hoş (hoşuma gitti). This cafe is worthy of a visit if you ever find yourself in this amazing city we’re so lucky to be a part of.
