The Power Clearance, a leading company specializing in logistics, import, and export, is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor with a strong background in transportation and international shipping markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing necessary training and support.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales supervision within the logistics and international shipping industry.
Strong understanding of transportation and international shipping markets.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

المؤهلات:

فهم قوي لأسواق النقل والشحن الدولي.
قدرة مثبتة على تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات فعّالة.
مهارات قيادية واتصال وبين شخصية ممتازة.
يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.
