We are seeking experienced Visa Officers proficient in visa processing, embassy interactions, appointment scheduling, and all visa-related procedures, including file preparation and client interviews.

Tag Misr for touristic and marketing is looking for a qualified and experienced Visa Officer to join our operations team in Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to visa-related inquiries from clients promptly and accurately.
Provide full support in organizing and processing client documents for visa applications.
Assess and evaluate visa applications based on the latest embassy guidelines.
Willingness to work both in-office and in the field as needed.
Qualifications:

Strong understanding of visa requirements and application procedures.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar tourism role.
Fluent in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple client files with attention to detail.
Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
