We're Hiring: Operation coordinator, preferably female.
We are looking for an operation coordinator with 1 to 2 years of experience in the logistics industry.
📍 Location: Sheraton , Heliopolis
Responsibilities,
• Doing the needful arrangements for shipments (Checking Rates , online bookings , submission of VGM & final shipping instructions per deadline, preparing bill of ladings , clearance & trucking coordination ).
• Communicating effectively with carriers & Agents and service providers to keep smooth operations.
• Daily follow up with clients for their shipments status.
• Manage & solving customers complaints .
• Raising invoices to customers and agents based on agreed rates.
• Coordinating payments to carriers ,agents and service providers.
