Damietta Alliance is seeking to hire a Warehouse Material Planner

The Warehouse Material Planner is responsible for ensuring the continuous availability of materials to support warehouse and operational needs through accurate planning, monitoring, and coordination of stock requirements. This role safeguards inventory accuracy, supports warehouse operations, and maintains high standards for material master data quality in the ERP system through precise coding and data management.
📌 Responsibilities:
- Plan and forecast material requirements based on consumption trends, inventory levels, and operational schedules.
- Ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages and prevent overstocking.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to align material plans with delivery timelines and operational needs.
- Issue material requests and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions through ERP systems.
- Ensure accurate and consistent material coding and maintain the quality of master data within the ERP system.
- Regularly review and update material master data to reflect correct descriptions, units, and classifications.
- Analyze inventory performance and consumption trends to prepare regular reports on stock status and planning accuracy.
- Support inventory audits, stock reconciliations, and warehouse reporting activities.
📌 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in material planning, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems for inventory management, material planning, and data maintenance.
- Experience in material coding and maintaining high-quality master data within ERP systems.
Solid understanding of warehouse and supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
